Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Dates
  • ¼ Cup Organic Tattva Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Organic Tattva Cashew
  • ¼ Cup Organic Tattva Walnuts
  • ¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Tattva Foxtail Millet
  • 2Tbsp Organic Tattva Flax Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Tattva Amaranth Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Tattva Raisins
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 1-2 Tbsp Water

Recipes

Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.

In a large bowl, add wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Set this aside.

In another bowl, add butter and powdered jaggery. Use a hand mixer and mix well

Add milk and mix until combined.

Add in the flour-oats mixture. Mix until it all combines together.

Add in the walnuts and mix well. Ensure the dough is slightly wet and sticky.

Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it to make a round.

Repeat with remaining dough and make all the cookies.

Arrange all the cookies on butter paper/baking sheet.

Bake at 380 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

Remove the Oats Jaggery Cookies from the oven and let it cool.

Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you crave for one.
